About Liquidity Research & Trading
Liquidity Research and Trading is a New Zealand-based research company supplying strategic advice and consulting services for business investing, specialising in the electricity and carbon industries.
Our Founder, Julian McCree, has over a decade experience in the NZ wholesale electricity market including emissions and derivatives trading. Current appointments include defining the NZ investment strategy for a Swiss trading company, Board Director of an EV charging company, wholesale market consultant for a NZ electricity retailer and support for a forestry concern.

Julian’s experience is supplemented by his 25 years of investment banking and trading experience whilst based in the UK. His financial markets analytical experience, coupled with his extensive list of contacts, gives him the perfect background and skill set to locate, research and analyse strategic investments in the energy transition sector across the Oceanic region.
